“We came here for the first time, and will certainly be back. We both had fettuccine meals that the chef personally recommended, and they did not disappoint. The pasta was cooked just right, and the sauce was delicious.

The service was excellent and the restaurant was cozy and perfect for a date night.

We would definitely recommend if you want a nice night out.“

“They burnt the pizza one time, but just that time. The other good pizzas made up for that. Love the snack box with curly fries and wings. The staff were very nice and friendly. Good prices.Location looked like the classic pizza pizza locations, which is great! Great posters and lots of places to sit and eat. Seasoning is there too, along with napkins. I would come back again!

“Sometimes you get the best possible service imaginable with a smile. That was Des our server. She did a great job with a wonderful attitude. She was polite, the food was incredible, the energy was wonderful. Des always gave incredible service with a smile. The restaurant location was one we hadn’t been to before though I think we may go back as the layout was quiet and well decorated for Halloween. Between the food, the service, the location and the price, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you to East Side Mario’s and thank you to Des for an incredible evening meal with incredible service and more.

Parking: Parking was easy as it’s part of a small mall therefore there is no issue whatsoever.“

“I visited recently with my extended family for my aunt’s celebration of life. The staff were amazingly considerate to our needs. My son and I have a number of anaphylactic allergies, which we made the staff aware of in advance. The staff were so kind as to point out which items would be safe for my son, and which to steer clear of. I then asked if they might be able to make me a dish that was no longer on their menu, and they obliged. It was just as delicious, if not better than I had remembered! 10/10 service, and 10/10+ food! “We tried this place as a friend who has Celiac recommended it. We had breakfast there and it was pretty standard. I had Eggs Benny. It was pretty slow coming out and my home fries were luke warm. The server took them from the plate to go reheat them which was not really a big deal as I'm not in to wasting food and they tasted much better reheated. We picked up a few gluten-free items to try at home. We had a quiche and a lasagna.I also bought a pizza but haven't tried it yet. My family found the lasagna a tad bit spicy but I like a little bit of spice so I liked it as is. They all liked it though. The quiche was just a classic quiche with a gluten-free crust. Overall, I found the service and food just fine. But in a city where there aren't a ton of places that understand how to cater to people who cannot eat gluten and have to avoid cross contamination, this place is great to have around. I was just visiting town but I would definitely head back for dinner some time. It feels like a classic family kind of a restaurant.“

“Prior to last night (09/07/24), the last time my husband & I dined at this location was in 2017, & we swore we'd never come back. The service was abysmal, the food was cold & flavourless, & the atmosphere was sorely lacking.

I'm genuinely so happy to share that our experience last night was in stark contrast to 7 years ago! We arrived at about 7, & the young hostess + host who greeted/seated us were friendly, fast on their feet, & accommodating. Our waitress was warm & attentive, quick to bring us our drinks/food, & checked in on us regularly without being intrusive. The atmosphere was comfortable, inviting, & relaxed, & most importantly, all of the food (from starters to mains) was remarkably good. Sizeable portions that were visually appetizing, piping hot, tasted fresh, smelled delicious, & were packed with flavour- we were extremely satisfied with our meals & felt we got our money's worth. We'll absolutely be back with our kids with hopes of a similar experience :)
