“They burnt the pizza one time, but just that time. The other good pizzas made up for that. Love the snack box with curly fries and wings. The staff were very nice and friendly. “The food is exceptional. You won't find better Italian food. We shared escargot, I had Cannelloni, my hubby had veal Parmigiano. My sister had filet mignon, my sister-in-law had smelts. The range is impressive. I didn't have room for dessert, in fact I brought some home.It was a birthday celebration, and we were unable to bring in our own sugar free cake (2 bdays, same day, both diabetic) so that's my only regret.Great server. Nick! A wonderful night. We had a party of 8 and unfortunately unless you were in the middle you couldn't communicate with others, it's very loud. We have been there before and will be again. “Lovely staff, incredible food. We had the linguine with prosciutto and mushrooms in a parmesan cream sauce and seafood linguine. We each had blueberry cheesecake for dessert; they make it in-house and it's incredible. Wonderful service. Highly recommended.“

“Great clean atmosphere with welcoming servers. Pizza is #1 in the area along with all the items on the menu.The one server with the peg leg, and the blonde wig is the best! With a slight limp and sometimes the wig turns sideways, she does well and gets the job done!Just remember! Duty then is the sublimest word in the English language. “Cyranos is about service and ambiance. We have had some of the best restaurant service ever at Cyranos, though kitchen is sometimes slow. On our last visit, a meal took 1hr to arrive but we were comp'd a glass of wine, which suited us fine.The food is good, but not outstanding. IMO, flavors and preparation are excellent but food is under-spiced/salted - the crowd is a bit older, so the chef may be catering correctly to it ?.Overall, Cyranos is a great place to grab a classy date-night dinner in the west end of Ottawa.Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate Gluten Free for pasta but not much else.“
“Service was very slow. washrooms were terrible with pee all over the floor. Wait staff messed up our bill twice. Ended up being overcharged for a drink. Food was OK but nothing spectacular for the price I paid. The medium and medium/rare steaks looked the same. I was very disappointed for our evening out. I wouldn't recommend the Cambridge location.“

Mr. Mohsin (owner) and Ghazale (lead hostess, who was more like a fairy God Mother to me!) made the impossible, possible by brining the taste of traditional Persian cuisine into the heart of Lac-Sainte-Marie, Quebec for our 80 guest Persian-Canadian wedding this past summer. Yes, they traveled over 100km to make this happen!When we approached ParsItal to cater, we didn't know what to expect. From the moment we met Mr. Mohsin, we were so impressed by his professionalism and his attention to detail.Mr. Mohsin and his team went above and beyond to ensure that not only the quality of the food was to standard, but also helped support and advocate for our vision to become reality by sharing his insights on the details of linens, place settings and cutlery that was so welcomed by us as we were so occupied in all the other wedding details.
