I had a really great experience overall with this restaurant. Initially, we had a hiccup with our order. Not only was this resteraunt so quick and attentive to a customer reaching out, they went above and beyond to make it up to us and have us happy and feeling like valued customers. I really have to praise this level of customer service and care for customers. You don't always encounter that with some resteraunts in my past experience, so it was such a pleasant surprise. Called the phone line found on google and the response was essentially.. since you ordered on uber there is nothing we can do but tell someone... so I did that and told Ottawa Public Health Fyi to anyone who orders from toppers in stittsville UPDATE: ottawa public health has done an investigation and has determined that the most likely source of the object was from one of their suppliers. The business is contacting other businesses and reaching out to their suppliers to notify them that this has occurred. There is also a possibility that this could have occurred from the driver that delivered the food. While I am still not satirist wth the response from corporate I would like to point out that the blame does not appear to be on the individual store itself.“

“When you first walk by you look at the price and feel it’s not worth it but I’m telling you make the stop.
I ate here Thursday and had a big slice of combo I think it was both olives pep and some other stuff it was great a crust I’ve never tasted.
I shopped for two hours and than went back and had the Stromboli and it changed my life forever. It was so hot and fresh came with a meat sauce. The prices are a tad hi but that’s clearly to make up for the cost of rent. Please go and support this place.
