A bit pricey for the set up and rooms.Parking aint great , but sad new they are closing restaurant which had a major under staffing problem but food & ambiance was awesome. Really enjoyed the location oh and drinks were stupid expensive for low quality/quantity.Nearby activities: Marina walking distance, Old Aylmer is a treat, can get to downtown ottawa pretty quickly too!
This place bring so much memory. So one the food was great I had a burger and my son had a pizza. Now for my the burger is self was perfect. The bun wasn't dry nor soggy (full of grease or whatever). The mix of condiments with the flavor-I has maple burger I believe it's a house burger- was cooked right. Not over cooked so it becomes like a sponge. . . We were at The British for a birthday party and stayed the night in one of the hotel rooms. The staff were very kind and friendly, and the food at the party was very good! The poutine bar was definitely a highlight! The hotel room was very nice, and modern and the bed was very comfortable!
