Burger Restaurants near Rockland

“I showed up tonight a bit later then 7:30 and didn’t realise they were in the process of closing. I asked one of the owners if they were closed, she said yes but instead of turning me away followed it up by asking me kindly what I wanted. Without hesitation she asked her husband to keep the grill open since a customer showed up.

I’m sure it had been a long day for them and they were eager to get home but they were so kind even offered extra gravy to bring home. This is a great family business in Rockland and if you havnt been yet I encourage you to go and enjoy a nice meal. Thanks again guys for the amazing service tonight ☺️👏“

“My husband and I moved to Rockland recently from Orleans and this McDonalds has been fantastic. We've met the manager a few times and they go above and beyond to ensure people are happy. Drive thru times are pretty great, don't have to wait too long. Very kind and friendly service. Anytime we've had an issue with the order it's fixed right away.“

“Visited this A&W and overall it was decent. The mozza burger was tasty and well done, but the fries came out cold, which was disappointing even if they were still edible. I also didn’t like the onion ring the texture and flavor just weren’t great.

On the positive side, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they serve breakfast all day long except for one item, which is convenient. There’s a drive‑thru, but the restaurant itself is quite small, so seating can feel limited. There is an outside seating as well.

Not a bad stop, but definitely room for improvement.“

“I'm a big fan of superheroes. Before, I believed that the fastest superhero was Flash, I noticed that McDonald's employees are even faster. We arrived at the station to order, immediately after we were able to go forward to pay for our meal, and barely had time to say “Cheeseburger” before we were at the window to receive our order.

And what can we say about the employees themselves: although fatigue is visible in their faces, they still offer us a smile, and make us want to come back. I do want to say though that sometimes the extra bacon gets lost from one order to the next, but can you really blame them? If I took care of that many customers per minute, I too would lose some ends (of bacon).

On this, I conclude by saying that this McDonald's is nice in its simplicity, but that it still offers decent service.“
