There was an unfortunate mix-up with my mobile ordering and the 11 am breakfast cut off for whatever reason when going through the drive-thru. The order had to be canceled and re-written. It was unfortunately wrong. Everything was doubled but no coffees. I sometimes have difficulty speaking due to a medical condition. I just couldn't get my words out. They were SUPER PATIENT and VERY ACCOMMODATING. They fixed the problem. Super staff. I don't know what changed in the past year...read full review
Edit: since I took the photos, they have made a very good cleanup so my review merits some stars.This is what you see when pulling up to the drive-thru window... no more that 2 feet from our car door. It's an absolute disgrace. It smells and it's disgusting!
