I went through drive through and received my food but waited 15 minutes for two remaining drinks...my food got cold! Took another 5 min to replace everything. All to get attitude when asking for service. Not good at

Every single time I go here the order is messed up. Ex: got a happy meal with only ketchup and mustard on the burger, got home and there was only mayo on it. They didn’t put the fries for my meal in the bag and charged us for an extra chocolate milk. When I go in to get it fixed, half the staff isn’t in uniform and they are just hanging out chatting with each other. Took two minutes to get the attention of a staff member who seemed annoyed. Like I’m sorry to bother you to do your job.If this is the service you want to offer, drop your price because you aren’t worth it.P.S. every time I get the fries here they are the worst. I’ve worked at multiple McDonald’s in the past, it’s really not hard just follow the instructions.

When you go in and spend 50$ on food for your family. You get home to realize one meal is missing. My kids happy meals are missing the fries. I had to ask for the drinks for the adult meals and the kids meals separately because they handed me a bag missing half the order already and expected me to walk out. So 50$ later and home with 30$ worth of food. Try and call and nobody answers. I get your busy but this is unacceptable.

There was an unfortunate mix-up with my mobile ordering and the 11 am breakfast cut off for whatever reason when going through the drive-thru. The order had to be canceled and re-written. It was unfortunately wrong. Everything was doubled but no coffees. I sometimes have difficulty speaking due to a medical condition. I just couldn't get my words out. They were SUPER PATIENT and VERY ACCOMMODATING. They fixed the problem. Super staff. I don't know what changed in the past year but that's the best crew I've seen there in years.
