She is so knowledgeable about the menu and she was without a doubt one of the best servers I have met in a long time. Outgoing personality, joyful and friendly.

It’s been a long time since my husband and I went out to enjoy ourselves and she added to our overall experience.

We will back. Hopefully we can sit in Winters section again 😊“

Went in there and my order was a bit different. Wanted a lettuce wrapped veggie burger and a poutine without curds subbed tomato. The staff looked at me like I had 7 heads. They said they couldn't do it the way I asked, which was fine, but they didn't really seem to care at all, and kept getting confused. Jesse came out of nowhere, understood exactly what I wanted, and went waaay out of his way to make it happen. Even found a way to make the lettuce wrap out of what he had. Other staff STILL made the poutine with curds and he directed them to remake it right away. His customer service, care, and knowledge of the products and how to utilize them were top notch.
So 5 star if Jesse is working.

“I picked up an Uber order from A&W and had a very smooth experience. Navpreet was extremely helpful and professional while handing over the order. She made sure everything was prepared properly and ready on time for pickup. Her friendly and respectful attitude made the process quick and pleasant. “stopped by the Harvey’s in Kanata around 9:30pm on a Tuesday, expecting it to be quiet, but it was anything but. There was a full lineup in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant, and it looked like only two staff were working.

Despite the pressure, one of the employees, McKenzie, handled everything exceptionally well. He was managing front counter orders, drive-thru, and delivery pickups all at once, while also preparing food, and somehow kept things moving smoothly. What stood out most was his attitude. He stayed calm, professional, and friendly the entire time, and made sure everyone felt taken care of.

It’s not easy to juggle that kind of workload, especially during a rush, but he did it with real skill and composure. The food was great too, fresh and exactly what you expect from Harvey’s.
