“We just left here and the first thing I did when I arrived home was to sit down to write this review.
We were a party of 4 and arrived to a line up. We were told it would be approximately a 30 minute wait but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. So far so good.
Then we met our server, Afton, and our visit got much better. She was pleasant, accommodating, efficient, answered all of many questions with a smile. Nothing was too much to ask. We all agreed that she was one of the best servers we had ever met, and weez old so we know what what weez talking about!
The food was fresh, plentiful, and served hot with a 😃.
It is so true that one person can make or break a night. We were fortunate and are grateful for our experience.
Without a doubt we will be back and we sincerely hope we get to see Afton again!“

“stopped by the Harvey’s in Kanata around 9:30pm on a Tuesday, expecting it to be quiet, but it was anything but. There was a full lineup in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant, and it looked like only two staff were working.
Despite the pressure, one of the employees, McKenzie, handled everything exceptionally well. He was managing front counter orders, drive-thru, and delivery pickups all at once, while also preparing food, and somehow kept things moving smoothly. What stood out most was his attitude. He stayed calm, professional, and friendly the entire time, and made sure everyone felt taken care of.
It’s not easy to juggle that kind of workload, especially during a rush, but he did it with real skill and composure. The food was great too, fresh and exactly what you expect from Harvey’s.
Huge credit to McKenzie and the team. That level of service doesn’t go unnoticed.“

“Thank you to Chances R on Woodroffe for providing a great location for a family gathering to celebrate our Mother on the day she received her Canadian citizenship. The reservation associate was fantastic with the details and confirmation for our party and a very special thank you to our amazing server Sam who provided outstanding service to our large group. “Our family really loves the Carlingwood Harvey's, and it has become a regular part of our week. Everytime we arrive we greeted with a warm smile from Christina, who knows are order. Let's face it Harvey's burgers are the best! Why would I want to pay an extra $1 at Burger King's for an extra tomato while Harvey's set you with the topping the way you like it! This is great location; I'm sure you will love it too!“

“Milestones is one of our favorite chain restaurants. We were commenting that in all our visits, we've never had a bad meal. And the staff at the Pinecrest location is friendly and always ready to assist! It wasn't busy on a Wednesday night, so the sound level was quite low. We've been there before when the restaurant was full, and the noise level was higher. For the price and for the ambiance, Milestones is a go-to for us in our neighborhood.“

“Marie was by far the hardest worker in the restaurant, and she was a friendly face!
However the food left a bit to be desired, both the chicken and ribs were overcooked and dry. But most of the time when we come to this location the service is fast and the food is hot.“
