“Swiss Chalet Brockville recently catered our wedding of just about 60 people. They are owed major kudos!! We are so impressed and pleased on the service we received beginning to end. From the customer service to order accuracy, prompt delivery, portion sizes and the price!?! We honestly felt like we stole it! ALL positive comments from the guests! They were pleased to have the option for seconds! A few said they’ve previously left a wedding early because they were still hungry, but that was not the case! We worked alongside Jonny, he made sure everything ran incredibly smooth, We didn’t have one single issue! He Took the time to get us everything we needed for the day, personally took care of preparation! What owner does the dirty work?? Jonny & Linda know how to run a business- going above and beyond for their customers, not very common these days! We don’t want to forget the a great team behind them!! They also deserve a HUGE thanks for putting everything together! Thank you Swiss Chalet Brockville Team!!! If anyone is looking for a stress-free caterer, that’s these guys! I will be recommending and using them again for future events!“

“The staff were very kind and understanding when we ordered. I am a vegetarian (and super anxious) so my husband and I always ask for gloves to be swapped and contact with meat avoided. Everyone took care to ensure this, and they were kind with my anxiety ridden stuttering while asking for the toppings, and called us to make sure we didn’t forget our drink. Thank you!“

“We embarked on this vacation, family of 5 including 3 children, intending to stay next door at an airbnb I'd booked 2 months ago. Upon setting out on our vacation, correspondence with said host began to feel like a battle. To summarize a long story, it ended after 7 hours with being taken in by Janet and Mel at Mclears. They accommodated us at 8pm on a Tuesday even with no prior booking or payment. They'd heard our situation and without hesitation met us with open arms and smiles. She knew we hadn't packed linens as we were planning to stay where they'd be provided for us, so she took to her he, washed and folded her own linens and gave them to us to use for our stay. 5 stars is simply not enough of a rating; if there were more, I'd give them. Janet and Mel were truly amazing hosts and a blessing on what could've been a truly terrible vacation. I'm so grateful for them and every detail where they went above and beyond the call of duty. We will definitely be back and we'll never book anywhere else when visiting the Thousand Islands.“

“Had fun with family playing mini golf and eating ice cream. Great time, the course was a little aged which was the only reason for 4 stars but overall great time. Fun course and the ice cream was smooth and delicious. The prices were reasonable as well.“
