Trudged in about an hour ago grumbling to Melissa that I’d been up since 04:30 and had heard a rumour they had caffeine. She laughed and prepared my usual large Americano. Then, as I left, she grinned and said she’d added a 3rd shot of espresso. I cracked it open while driving north and just about starting floating on air. Had to call in and tell her it was easily the best cup of coffee I’d had in over a year. Thought I’d share - cuz it’s now my ‘go to’ and might become yours, too. Cheers!”

“As being an former employee of Executive Taxi in Brockville for 10 years, I have ventured into Jon’s Restaurant many times. I was never disappointed with the food or service. Very friendly family oriented restaurant. They are right across from Via Rail so I never had far to go to grab my eats as we have a Taxi Stand at Via. I highly recommend them to anyone traveling through or to Brockville.”

“My daughter and my niece and I stopped in after bumping into each other at Winners. Our server Tina was the best! She was so informative and friendly. She really made our visit superb. “This is a family business that specializes in great steaks. The decor is a mix of Mario/Luigi meets the Marvel universe. There's a decent selection of wine and beer. I usually start with the baked brie (awesome) and then the filet mignon. Always excellent. Never been disappointed.”

“I have been going to Halls Apple Market for a few years now. As with any store of this type, things can be a bit pricy. However, the people there are very friendly and helpful. The pies are excellent. I can’t really give it any kind of negative. I’ll be back.”

“Had such a great experience at Boboli Cafe this morning. Jena, the owner, was absolutely lovely and made the whole visit feel warm and welcoming. The Americano was perfection, and everything coming out of the kitchen looked dynamite. The entire cafe smelled like fresh baking all morning, which made it even better. Honestly, it was the perfect Friday “work-from-cafe” spot—I’ll definitely be back.”

“Swiss Chalet Brockville recently catered our wedding of just about 60 people. They are owed major kudos!! We are so impressed and pleased on the service we received beginning to end. From the customer service to order accuracy, prompt delivery, portion sizes and the price!?! We honestly felt like we stole it! ALL positive comments from the guests! They were pleased to have the option for seconds! A few said they’ve previously left a wedding early because they were still hungry, but that was not the case! We worked alongside Jonny, he made sure everything ran incredibly smooth, We didn’t have one single issue! He Took the time to get us everything we needed for the day, personally took care of preparation! What owner does the dirty work?? Jonny & Linda know how to run a business- going above and beyond for their customers, not very common these days! We don’t want to forget the a great team behind them!! They also deserve a HUGE thanks for putting everything together! Thank you Swiss Chalet Brockville Team!!! If anyone is looking for a stress-free caterer, that’s these guys! I will be recommending and using them again for future events!”

“I’m a 69-year-old woman and I had to send a microwave stand back to Amazon because it was a piece of junk fell apart on me. I couldn’t find a box big enough to send it back in so I took two boxes to the UPS store. The most friendly and helpful owner packed it up for me printed out my labels made my life so much easier I can’t thank him enough for his kindness”

“The food here is AMAZING! Visited for the first time (2/16/26). Sat at the bar. Bartender was SUPER friendly and helpful. The beers were phenomenal! We tried them in 2 flights first and then got a 14oz. of each of our faves. We ordered poutine, winter salad with shaved sirloin, French onion soup, and the pretzels.”

“The staff were very kind and understanding when we ordered. I am a vegetarian (and super anxious) so my husband and I always ask for gloves to be swapped and contact with meat avoided. Everyone took care to ensure this, and they were kind with my anxiety ridden stuttering while asking for the toppings, and called us to make sure we didn’t forget our drink. Thank you!”
