“I love all of the Staff at the Butcher Shop Brockville, and the Store itself for many reasons … including the Roast Beef!!! And shrimp! ❤️🐢 But tonight we got the Waygu burgers… and wow! “We came to Kelsey's to celebrate a family birthday, and we had Fiona as our server. She was so kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed.
Our food came out quickly, was fresh, and everything was exactly as ordered. Fiona's positive attitude and excellent service made our celebration even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

“Customer Service here is excellent, they don’t just ask you want to want to eat. They are genuine and professional.
Are there options to eat, probably; but when you get there service here that I’ve been given. I’ll continue to come back everyday try everything on their menu.

“Just had the most insanely tasty cup of coffee from Richard’s. These folks are truly amazing! Trudged in about an hour ago grumbling to Melissa that I’d been up since 04:30 and had heard a rumour they had caffeine. She laughed and prepared my usual large Americano. Then, as I left, she grinned and said she’d added a 3rd shot of espresso. I cracked it open while driving north and just about starting floating on air. Had to call in and tell her it was easily the best cup of coffee I’d had in over a year. Thought I’d share - cuz it’s now my ‘go to’ and might become yours, too. Cheers!“
