“Just had the most insanely tasty cup of coffee from Richard’s. These folks are truly amazing! Trudged in about an hour ago grumbling to Melissa that I’d been up since 04:30 and had heard a rumour they had caffeine. She laughed and prepared my usual large Americano. Then, as I left, she grinned and said she’d added a 3rd shot of espresso. I cracked it open while driving north and just about starting floating on air. Had to call in and tell her it was easily the best cup of coffee I’d had in over a year. Thought I’d share - cuz it’s now my ‘go to’ and might become yours, too. Cheers!“

“I love all of the Staff at the Butcher Shop Brockville, and the Store itself for many reasons … including the Roast Beef!!! And shrimp! ❤️🐢 But tonight we got the Waygu burgers… and wow! An amazing price and the BEST burger I’ve ever had! Great quality and taste and the BEST customer service always!!!!!“

“My daughter and my niece and I stopped in after bumping into each other at Winners. Our server Tina was the best! She was so informative and friendly. She really made our visit superb. The food was fantastic and we had the dessert that Tina recommended. Had a wonderful meal and a great visit. We ate ALL of our dessert!!!“

“I ordered pizza pizza for the first time and I couldn't of gotten a better first time experience the pizza, convenience, price, great place to order when it's late and there's nothing else open pizza pizza is amazing I will definitely order again“

“Customer Service here is excellent, they don’t just ask you want to want to eat. They are genuine and professional.
Are there options to eat, probably; but when you get there service here that I’ve been given. I’ll continue to come back everyday try everything on their menu.
