“As being an former employee of Executive Taxi in Brockville for 10 years, I have ventured into Jon’s Restaurant many times. I was never disappointed with the food or service. Very friendly family oriented restaurant. They are right across from Via Rail so I never had far to go to grab my eats as we have a Taxi Stand at Via. I highly recommend them to anyone traveling through or to Brockville.“

“We came to Kelsey's to celebrate a family birthday, and we had Fiona as our server. She was so kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire meal. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed.
Our food came out quickly, was fresh, and everything was exactly as ordered. Fiona's positive attitude and excellent service made our celebration even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

“George and his staff are exceptional and very attentive, the quality of the food is superb, and portion sizes are massive - so go hungry or be prepared for leftovers (which I personally love). For a smaller space they do a great job of getting folks seated as soon as possible - but it's a very popular spot with the locals (for good reason). Never disappoints 👍“

“Swiss Chalet Brockville recently catered our wedding of just about 60 people. They are owed major kudos!! We are so impressed and pleased on the service we received beginning to end. From the customer service to order accuracy, prompt delivery, portion sizes and the price!?! We honestly felt like we stole it! ALL positive comments from the guests! They were pleased to have the option for seconds! A few said they’ve previously left a wedding early because they were still hungry, but that was not the case! We worked alongside Jonny, he made sure everything ran incredibly smooth, We didn’t have one single issue! He Took the time to get us everything we needed for the day, personally took care of preparation! What owner does the dirty work?? Jonny & Linda know how to run a business- going above and beyond for their customers, not very common these days! We don’t want to forget the a great team behind them!! They also deserve a HUGE thanks for putting everything together! Thank you Swiss Chalet Brockville Team!!! If anyone is looking for a stress-free caterer, that’s these guys! I will be recommending and using them again for future events!“

“The food here is AMAZING! Visited for the first time (2/16/26). Sat at the bar. Bartender was SUPER friendly and helpful. The beers were phenomenal! We tried them in 2 flights first and then got a 14oz. of each of our faves. We ordered poutine, winter salad with shaved sirloin, French onion soup, and the pretzels.“

“Unfortunately we had to pick out over half of the spinach in each bowl due to it being black on edges/not good. We have not had a problem in the past so I was disappointed. We picked up and brought home so we couldn't really bring to the attention of the staff. Thought it was important to share for future improvement.“

“Was in town with Family and some were staying in the attached Hotel. We went to have dinner and just ordered off the menu then brought it up to the room to eat. The food was fantastic! I had an assorted tempura bento box and we ordered a lot of other items. My wife is a fried rice connoisseur and raved about it. Fresh, flavourful and well priced. Definitely will be back next time.“
