The portions are very small in this location, smaller than what I usually get in other Freshii locations. The protein is barely a pinch. It might have been just the Buddha's Bowl itself because my husband's Oaxaca Bowl portions were much more generous than mine. I asked the older lady/staff member who put my bowl together, and she told me that's how much their scoop is, which is too small. Fantastic food and service at this restaurant. It was a light, fresh meal for me and friends as we travelled back to Hamilton from PEI. The staff helped me find suitable alternatives to accommodate my dietary needs. Very friendly. Will be recommending to others doing the same cottage commute
