Older woman (manager maybe?) raised her voice at the customer ahead of me, telling them to "Hurry up". They apparently complained that their order was incorrect, and the older woman declined to correct it. The customer left looking very unhappy. When I came forward to place my order, the same woman yelled "Yes?" I said that I'd placed my order online and I was coming in to pick up. She yelled again "What?" She looked furious. I wasn't sure what to do, so I repeated my request for pick up. Another employee handed me my bag, thanked me, and I left as quickly as I could. I was genuinely embarrassed to be treated like I was not only not welcome, but that level of anger really shook me. I've never experienced that in any retail establishment.The younger staff seem genuinely kind, very conscientious and pleasant.I will never return to this particular Freshii location ever again.

The portions are very small in this location, smaller than what I usually get in other Freshii locations. The protein is barely a pinch. It might have been just the Buddha’s Bowl itself because my husband’s Oaxaca Bowl portions were much more generous than mine. I asked the older lady/staff member who put my bowl together, and she told me that’s how much their scoop is, which is too small. The entire contents of the bowl did not fill up even half of the bowl.Other than that, friendly cashier.

Fantastic food and service at this restaurant. It was a light, fresh meal for me and friends as we travelled back to Hamilton from PEI. The staff helped me find suitable alternatives to accommodate my dietary needs. Very friendly. Will be recommending to others doing the same cottage commute

I was at freshii this afternoon and I was shocked to overhear what I presume to be the manager yelling at one of the employees and I was very taken aback with the things she was saying it seemed very inappropriate having a very intense conversation in-front of not only other employees but customers aswell.
