Soft ice cream at DQ is always creamy, and none of those ice particles you get from other soft serve facilities. Although the staff seemed to be unfamiliar with what orders consisted of. Service seemed slow, distracted and cumbersome. My cone was to be medium sized, but was very generous, seemed somewhat over- sized (not a complaint whatsoever !) Drink cups had to be asked for, as forgotten.
There was a woman serving at the counter that walked away when people were deciding what they wanted and didn’t come back(despite the line of people). The guy that finally decided to take our order messed up all the orders ahead of us and a few after us. He also didn’t give the cups for our drinks. We really noticed how great the team worked together and when we ordered “cupcake in a cup” off the secret menu. staff hadnt heard of it before, so we went with our regular order..
