“This might be a hot take but I actually like the layout of the drive thru. The coney sauce is my absolute favorite item (try it if you haven’t) and I’m so glad they brought it to this location too. I wish it was available in Ottawa. I’ve only ever been really late at night and the lines can get really bad but you have to consider that it’s the ONLY 24hr drive thru. I do think they could use more staff at night because it seems like only 2 people are there but the staff I’ve interacted with have been very professional and kind.“
“The young lady that looked after us last night, was extremely helpful for my husband and myself. Trying to use the A&W app. She guided us through the whole process. “Waited at the cash far too long for an employee to come take our order (while employees were looking at us standing there. lol.) Food was tasty and hot, drinks were delicious (they have one of those DIY drink mixing fountains). Dining area & restrooms were clean. Basically a typical Wendys!“

“Well, we came back earlier last Saturday, so the restaurant wasn't closed! I drove all the way from Toronto with fish and chips on my mind. Steve's in particular, as it's just around the corner where my wife lives. We weren't disappointed! Crispy, crunchy batter combined with lovely chips. Malt vinegar, and tarter sauce, and all for an excellent price! I would definitely suggest you drive to Steve's for your next pang of Fish 'n Chips! Be aware of the hours though.“

We really noticed how great the team worked together and when we ordered “cupcake in a cup” off the secret menu. staff hadnt heard of it before, so we went with our regular order.. “This was the only drive thru in Brockville open after 10, which is so old fashioned considering there is a college in town. What do those students do for late night snacking? Honestly asking because the whole city shuts down by 10pm. Except this glorious, delicious BK! There was a skeleton crew working but the dude at the window was polite and the food was fresh and hot. Which was surprising considering the time of day! I expected old reheated burgers and nasty double-dipped fries but I got fresh food and a smile at the window. I highly recommend this location. The order was correct too, which is nice because the one in Prescott always gets my order wrong. I also want to say, I'm giving it a 5 star rating compared to other BKs, I'm not comparing it to a 5-star high end restaurant and saying its on par with that kind of experience. Just, for a BK it rates high. I only used the drive thru, so I didnt see what the inside of the building was like. So, I guess this BK drive thru gets 5 stars LOL ?Dietary restrictions: I wouldnt eat here if you have dietary restrictions. I've never seen anything on their menu that would indicate an ability to accommodate restrictions of any kind.Kid-friendliness: Its a BK, so its definitely kid friendly. There is a kids menu and easy to clean seating for those spills that happen when you eat out with your kids.“
“Went into Harvey's in Brockville last night for a late supper, it's hard to find good food at a late hour. Was greeted by the GM very friendly food was great fries were a little cold so I asked for some hotter fries and she was more then happy to put down fresh fries for me and even brought them out to me well I enjoyed my amazing burger.
