Fast Food Restaurants near Fort Drum

“I go there every Wednesday to get my usual bowl. The employees are extremely friendly and efficient. There are not many places at Drum to have a meal, so the PX can get quite congested at lunchtime. That being said, the employees are fast so I don't have to stand in line long and I can enjoy my lunchtime.“

“I was on head count detail a few times so I got the chance to work in the back at the cash register. The soldiers in the back usually handle the food well. The only issue is the drive thru should have more options. The overall dfac is nice with many many options from the drinks to the deserts etc…“

“Order was wrong and the sausage that was used was dry and old. French toast sticks are undercooked which is weird cause it’s a stupid simple thing to fry… Terrible food, terrible employees. Avoid u less you are absolutely starving and even then I would pass. Waste of $15.“

“Food was fine but we did have to wait way too long. They had very few customers but staff seemed to be very busy. I'm sure they were short staffed like every where these days.
My complaint isn't about that though.
We are Canadaian, down to visit friends for the night in Carthage. I want to treat a couple of my girl friend s to lunch and had no US cash. It was very disappointing to see that they wouldn't accept any Canadian cards. DEBIT OR CREDIT!!! Maybe at the most 25 miles from the border!!! That's pretty sad. Welcome Canadians.!!! WHAT A JOKE..No wonder the tourist numbers are down.. 😔“

“This subway is always on point. The best customer service on drum. They are always welcoming to everyone that walks in. Shari an Nick are awesome. They always have oatmeal cookies made and always fresh. Not all the subways have everything like this one.“

“We had a great experience at this Panda Express. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you expect every time. What really stood out, though, was the service.

Manager Fairouz is absolutely amazing. She runs a tight operation, keeps everything moving efficiently, and still takes the time to make customers feel welcome. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her team and the customer experience.

Because of her leadership, the place is clean, organized, and consistently delivers. Definitely one of the better-run locations I’ve been to.

I have to say, I came through the drive-thru and I knew it was a stupid question to ask but I asked if they had hot chocolate 🤣 An obvious no, but the wonderful girl did say they have hot coffee ... as it's 10° outside☃️ I said yes
I asked for cream and sugar and may I say this is some of the BEST coffee I've had ☕️
Never would've guest that taco bell would make a great cup of coffee
