“My niece was recently married in Perth and the wedding dinner was held at Maximilian Restaurant. I have always been impressed by the quality of the food and the wonderful service but Joan and her staff truly outdid themselves on this special occasion. They had closed the dining room to the public as we were a large group. From the moment we entered we were made to feel welcome. We were greeted by friendly staff and a beautifully decorated venue. The appetizers were unique, beautifully presented and mouthwatering. We had been offered options for the main course and everyone enjoyed their delicious meal. ( many of us had to take home what we could not eat - the portions are very generous) Dessert did not disappoint either. The staff were very busy ensuring that no one was kept waiting and they were able to deliver meals quickly, efficiently - and always with a smile. The bartenders were kept busy as well and the drinks were great. Joan circulated around the room several times to speak with guests and ensure that everyone was happy with their meal choice, the drinks and the service - and we were ! Thanks very much Joan and all staff - servers, chefs, kitchen staff and bartenders - as well all the people behind the scenes who helped make this occasion even more memorable for this very special couple.
