The staff here were friendly and fast. I don't think I've ever been served as quick as here before.
Great group of employees at this location! Friendly and quick service, especially from Sidhu and kulbir.
Just wanted to share recent experience at this subway location. I ordered thru the app around 1 AM, and i did delivery option. Little did i know that there were no delivery drivers available at that hour. The crew of this location handled the situation very professionally, they went above and beyond to deliver my food after their working hours. Subway is a popular restaurant in Brockville. The staff is exceptional, generous with condiments, and helpful with coupons. The serving and eating area is clean, and the staff is very friendly. Even when busy with long lines and multiple call-in orders, they maintain a good pace and are polite. However, there is no wheelchair accessible parking visible. The online orders can cause delays, but the subs are excellently prepared, with the perfect amount of sauce and veggies, thanks to recommendations from the staff. An employee named Kuber showed kindness by keeping a lost phone safe for a customer. Overall, the location is great, and many would eat from here again.
