“First of all, this is the best east Mario’s in Ottawa service wise. We didn’t have a great experience with the other ones.

Lewis is our favourite server of all time. Great guy and SUPER fast even when it’s busy. This guy should get a raise for his exceptional work.

Lastly, this place has amazing seasoned potato wedges. Ordered the hell kitchens chicken entree and it came with the best potato wedges I’ve ever had. Sadly didn’t take any photos.“

“We recently held a gathering of about 40 people and it was a great experience at East Side Marios Bells Corners. This was already a busy evening. We had booked a month in advance with a guestimated Attendee # but didn't know the final headcount until 3 days before. The Manager and staff were very, very attentive to all guests. There were people milling around talking to each other as they arrived and the staff were very patient. We had appetizers in advance of the meal to support people finding a seat for dinner, and all went very smoothly over the 3.5 hours we were all together. Kudos to Roy and team!!!! They were able to manage multiple dietary requirements - Great service, great evening..“

“The washroom is rotally bad for a walker using person. Ther is no handicap stall & the toilet so low & no safery bars to help. I was helped by a stranger to stand up .Not acceptable“

“We’re two Nova Scotia moms in town for the Canadian Ringette Championship, and we ended up coming back to this restaurant FOUR nights in a row—which really says it all! Every visit was consistently amazing. We tried the steak sandwich, steak bites, French Onion soup, burgers, and the fish and chips (which were amazing). Everything was fresh, delicious, and exactly what we needed after long days at the rink. But the absolute highlight of our experience was Leslie. She is truly one of the best servers we’ve ever had—so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. By the end of our week, we felt like we had made a new friend. Getting to know her was such a treat, and she made each visit even more special. Amazing food, incredible service, and an experience that kept us coming back night after night.
