“Our 12-year old was incepted by ads on YouTube and asked for chicken parm from East Side Mario’s. We had not been to the chain in over a decade and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity.

The chicken parm came as a massive double cutlet portion, fresh and crispy, with a side of spaghetti. We also ordered the meatball sandwich, also tasty. Madison was a great server and stayed very attentive to our table through the whole visit.

Will not wait another decade before coming back :)“

Every visit was consistently amazing. We tried the steak sandwich, steak bites, French Onion soup, burgers, and the fish and chips (which were amazing). Everything was fresh, delicious, and exactly what we needed after long days at the rink. But the absolute highlight of our experience was Leslie. She is truly one of the best servers we’ve ever had—so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. By the end of our week, we felt like we had made a new friend. Getting to know her was such a treat, and she made each visit even more special. Amazing food, incredible service, and an experience that kept us coming back night after night. “The washroom is rotally bad for a walker using person. Ther is no handicap stall & the toilet so low & no safery bars to help. I was helped by a stranger to stand up .Not acceptable“
