“We went in on whim for brunch after seeing some good reviews and wow. The food was outstanding, which we could tell when we walked in because the restaurant smelled amazing. And It was nicely traditionally decorated and everything was neat and clean. The waiter was very friendly, and the menu was big but clear. We ordered: Kaak (traditional bread - kinda like a much better pita), the halloumi, shakshouka, a meat and cheese pie (large), and a dip I can’t recall the name of but it was made with roasted red peppers, pomegranate molasses and walnuts and was very nicely presented with some nice olive oil in the middle of the bowl of dip. I also had the minted lemonade. All came out together for a delicious feast. The service was attentive but subtle. And when I went up to pay, everyone in the kitchen seemed happy and were having a good time and the lady at the cash was also very sweet. Seems like a family run operation. 100% will be back soon.”

“Dropped in for the first time the other day on a whim and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. Ordered a Chicago Benedict and a buffalo chicken wrap. Both items came out in record time and as I’m 6 months pregnant, that was amazing. My buffalo chicken wrap came out without the “buffalo” at first and *Yusuf was quick to remedy. His service was impeccable. The fries it came with were also so good. We will be back.”

Great meal and afterwards when our waiter found out it was my birthday, he brought over a menu with numerous choices for a complimentary dessert. I chose the cheesecake and it arrived with a beautiful blueberry sauce, a sparkler and message of best wishes!! 😮 It was amazing and if that wasn’t enough, he also gave me a birthday card from all the restaurant staff. Not a, "from all of us here at Chop", everyone had signed it personally!! Also included was a business card with a voucher for complimentary steak bites on the other side. They went above and beyond, it was truly appreciated and I wanted to share that Chop Hunt Club will take good care of you!!! ✅✅✅✅✅”

Sandwiches are always made generously and are delicious each and every time. I never have to beg for more vegetables (unlike other locations - ahem, Merivale Mall) because they always put enough on and do exactly as you ask.

The food came out surprisingly fast, and everything was fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The fries were perfectly crispy, the burger was well put together, and the drinks were just right. It’s not always easy to maintain consistency at a fast-food restaurant, but this location really exceeded my expectations.

What stood out the most to me was the attention to detail. The dining area was spotless, tables were cleaned quickly, and the overall environment felt comfortable whether you’re dining in or just stopping by for a quick bite. Even small things—like how neatly the food was packaged—made a difference.

I literally drive past other Tim Hortons locations just to come to this one because the service is always reliable, friendly, and fast. My order is always made correctly, and I genuinely can’t remember a time I left unsatisfied.

A big reason for that is the amazing staff. Arash and Harkirat are especially outstanding — they’re always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. They make me feel welcomed and go out of their way to provide great service every single time. Employees like them are the reason this location stands out from the rest.

“We had a great experience at Fat Bastard Burrito! We ordered the chicken empanada, beef empanada, and the ground beef burrito, and everything was delicious. The empanadas were crispy and flavorful, and the burrito was fresh, filling, and packed with great taste.

Every visit was consistently amazing. We tried the steak sandwich, steak bites, French Onion soup, burgers, and the fish and chips (which were amazing). Everything was fresh, delicious, and exactly what we needed after long days at the rink. But the absolute highlight of our experience was Leslie. She is truly one of the best servers we’ve ever had—so warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. By the end of our week, we felt like we had made a new friend. Getting to know her was such a treat, and she made each visit even more special. Amazing food, incredible service, and an experience that kept us coming back night after night. “May 28, We had a Surprise Party Where do I begin the food was $$ reasonable , appetizers and meals were very good, Baked Salmon, Spaghettini /homemade meatballs were a big hit !! Music by Alex Lopez was very entertaining and fun. The service was top notch, my family and friends raved about how polite and how accommodating they were. Claudia and Georgia where very organized. I brought in 3 cakes to be prepared by putting on the special cake toppers for the finishing touch and serving each patron in a timely fashion, as well as serving extra slices of cake each with sparklers and candles. They took control of the details and told me not to worry. Very professional, my family and friends were very impressed over the service and politeness. I am from Toronto , I did a lot of my arrangements over the phone, they made my job so easy. After the big damaging storm Villa Lucia lost there power like many other people in Ottawa and surrounding area. I thought I was going to have to cancel, they lost all there food in there fridge and freezer. In a day and a half they recovered and the party was on. Special Thank You to Claudia and Georgia and there staff. My rate would be 5+”

“I like Shelby’s Shawerma. When they first opened in Nepean I visited many times and the quality of the food was consistent. However, last weekend I visited for a take out order and the restaurant was so hot as the A/C was not working. While I was waiting for the my food order to complete, I was sweating. So, I can only imagine how the two lovely ladies working were feeling during their shift. With the severe heat we’re experiencing this summer, I hope the restaurant’s management resolves this problem as soon as possible to ensure the quality of food remains consistent and their employees are not suffering during their shifts.”
