“We came on Boxing Day for a stay at the hotel and decided to have dinner at the restaurant. The restaurant staff was amazing and we had great service! We were there with a small child and the gentleman serving us was exceptional! He was accommodating and lovely to our little guy! We had a great dinner! The food was fresh and delicious! “My girlfriend and I ordered from here via Uber Eats and we simply LOVED the food!! You get lots of food at a reasonable price, and I gotta say the food is PHENOMENAL. I have dreamed of the combonation of pesto, shrimp and feta cheese, but only here is it united in such a godlike fashion in the form of a shrimp pesto wrap ? my taste buds have been blessed, and blessed they shall remain while Local Heroes remains open.“
“Worked here, been coming here for 25 years. It's good, food is very good quality and service is prompt and friendly. Solid tap beers, usually some local brews. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a summer or fall view of the river and a bite & pint.“
“Emily B. was amazing! It was my first encounter with such an exceptional waitress. Despite the bustling atmosphere, her timing was impeccable. The fish was excellent, and while the fajitas were good, I'd rate the steak 4 out of 5. Although some parts were tender, others were a bit tough. The dessert provided a satisfying conclusion to the meal. I appreciated that the dishes weren't greasy or overcooked. The overall atmosphere was enjoyable.“
