This was a buffet setting, which was not the usual set up we were used to. Food was amazing, a little bit of hiccups with the students trying to flambe or whatever fancy fire ? effect they were doing with the French onion soup ? ? ? . Highly recommend a night at the teaching restaurant. Food is on point? ?.
This is the fine dining restaurant of the Algonquin College Catering program so front of house and the kitchen are staffed by chefs in training. Today was a buffet ($28 so not badly priced) and focused largely on south Asian and south Asian influenced dishes.
