I visited Ottawa for the day and stumbled on Kelseys. If you're looking for an all-American style kinda spot, this is a good option to consider. The service was very friendly, restaurant clean and many items to choose from on the menu. We ordered the spinach dip appetizer, and had burgers for our main meal. Hot, fresh and totally worth it. If you are looking for a decent western food and live around barrhaven, you have kelseysI don’t know whether the server was having a bad day or just got so tired of everything,,, but the service wasn’t that good honestly.. she was really dry faced and tone with manual service… but she served everything we ordered,,, so i guess she did everything she could as a “server”Food were good, steaks are great and pastas are ok!Price… just averageBut still will visit here again...read full review

Had a great experience here. Unfortunately, I don't remember our server's name, but she was wonderful! Very funny and nice to chat with. Food was excellent and my partner and I had a wonderful time.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are lacking -- you can get a burger and some of their appetizers like the spinach dip.
