My friend and I were out for a long walk today and we decided to stop by Safia for bite to eat. From the moment you open the door, the aroma takes your breath away, and the staff so friendly! We both ordered the beef wrap with vegetables and a touch of hot sauce. We also ordered some samosas and got a free mandazi to taste. Overheard: "Best African food. Feels like home." Amazing all around, from the spicy brown sauce and well-seasoned rice, to the tender chicken and quick-pickled tangy red onions. Affordable with great portions, especially dinner for two. Staff were gracious, friendly, and welcoming.

The meat is seasoned well, I've had the lamb and the beef, rice is flavourful and quite delicious. The hot sauce is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and efficient. I will return for sure.
