Had a big order for my family but when I got the order I was disappointed because I was missing half of my order. I even made sure to repeat my order I came how and I was missing a 10 pack chicken nugget and my poutine and one of my sausage McMuffins I wasn’t even getting straws for my drinks as well. I was missing dipping sauces that I ordered. So not happy about this.
Better than the McDonald’s at Billings Bridge, but not by much. 3.5 stars with >1200 reviews should be an indicator of this. Comes down to poor management and training. Low tier McDonalds.

Dirty and yuk. And the refill picture i am sharing made me laugh. Every other McDonald in the world is doing refills. Not this one single restaurant!!! It's so Ottawa !The foods the same though. No worries there. Waited 16 minutes for quarter pointer. That wasn't cool but they're extremely busy and polite about it. So that's cool. The sign made me laugh. I hope it makes you smile.It was filthy. Couldn't find a clean table so I ate it in minus 20 weather outside.
