“Been a customer for several years and have never not been happy. Whether I get take out or dine in, things are consistently good. The service is impeccable and friendly. I have found that most of the staff go above and beyond to accommodate customers and make you feel welcome. The food is comforting, tasty, satisfying and always beautifully presented. Always a variety of colours and textures, which I appreciate. They do this better than most other comparable places. The atmosphere is down to earth, tastefully put together, and warm. If you are a local, it’s a great place to bump into people you know, if you’re not, it’s probably still nice to observe the overall social vibe that oozes out of this place. “Jim's is an old feel diner along with a traditional set of offerings. We both had the hot turkey sand which which was traditionally robust. The downfall of this glorious sandwich was Jim's famous gravy. It seems that it is famous for how incredibly bad it is! Tasteless brown liquid. It ruined what was by sight an honest diner meal.“
