“I first reviewed Lucky House six years ago, and I’ve been a regular customer ever since. One thing has never changed — it has always been strictly take-out. There has never been dine-in service, and there are no public washrooms.
So reading complaints about “dirty bathrooms” and “waiting forever for food to be served” is genuinely confusing. There is no dining area here, and there is no table service. The process is simple: order, prepare, pick up. During peak hours, waiting simply means there are multiple orders ahead — not that service is failing.
If the basic operating model of the restaurant isn’t even clear, it inevitably raises questions about the reliability of the review itself. Perhaps the reviewer confused this place with another establishment.

“La nourriture était excellente aujourd'hui, rien à dire là-dessus. Par contre, le service était assez médiocre. J'attendais parler tout les clients se plaindre sur la terrasse du mauvais service. Attente interminable pour tous. J'ai attendue forever pour un sceau de glace pour mon vin blanc, j'ai eux le temps de finir mon wrap avant qu'elle arrive avec la mayo et mon fils attendait aussi son Ketchup et à fini par manger ses doigts de poulets froid. On avait tous notre lunch, mais pas d'ustensiles, pas de napkins, etc etc etc... Assez ordinaire.“
