I hadn’t had Chinese food in a long time because my favorite restaurant changed hands, and the food just wasn’t the same. It completely turned me off Chinese food for quite a while.
I’m so glad I decided to give this restaurant a try because it did not disappoint! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Every dish tasted like it was made with care, and the quality really stood out.

We have been eating Lucky House food since they were at MacArthur Plaza way back when. I don't live in Ottawa anymore but everytime I visit I buy their food to enjoy whole I'm here but also bring back an order chicken fried rice and a couple of dozen egg rolls to enjoy when I go back home (west coast). Our regular Chinese restaurant take out closes for a month and we decide to give Lucky House a try, and we were absolutely thrilled with the order. Large portions, very fresh and extremely tasty. This is now our new go to Chinese take out from now on.
