“This is definitely a fine dining experience. I am overjoyed to have authenic Pekin duck in Canada. Service is impeccable. Their plating of every dish, including the Pekin Duck, is beautiful. How they plate their dish also has a hidden meaning. Many names of their dishes code with a Chinese idiom. All staff speak fluent English. Elegant and authentic, you cannot ask for more.“

“On average we get take out from Sula Wok once per week. We love the food and the vibe of the place. (Sula and her gang are also very nice to deal with). I really like the traditional Pad Thai. Recently, Sula asked that I try a slightly new version of the dish (apparently less fishy). Sula asked that I let her know if I liked it or not. While I thought the taste was a little different (maybe not as spicy or “fishy”), I still loved it and will be ordering it again.“

“Came here on a whim after going to a brewery and needed some quick food. It was a Friday night, so it was very busy, but luckily there was a table for two because we just walked in. Super great service and very friendly staff. The orders came out very quick since it’s mainly dumplings and we tried the lamb and coriander as it’s not something that I can make at home and we also tried the curry pan fried dumplings. Both were super delicious and actually very filling. We took some of it home and they included some of the spicy sauce with it. Definitely will be coming back to try more! I would suggest coming in a group so you can order multiple things.“

“Genuinely the best noodle spot I've tried in the downtown Ottawa area. Everything from the handmade noodles, to the delicious flavors and generous portions make for a top notch place to stop and have a meal. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff also make you feel relaxed and welcomed. Will definitely be coming back here, and would recommend to anybody who's a fan of Asian noodle based dishes.“

“I’ve been a few times now and just went for my son’s birthday. We had a large group and there was something there for everyone. Everything was fresh and delicious as usual. We will continue to have Happy Lamb on our dinner out rotation 😊“

“My favourite lunch spot! This small take-out stand offers a small but varied selection of classic northern Chinese dishes; my favourites are the zhajiang noodle and the dumplings. The prices are a really great deal (and tax is included in the price!), especially for the noodle dishes which are quite filling. And the family who runs this place are super sweet and friendly. I cannot recommend this spot highly enough if you're at uOttawa and are looking for a quick, affordable, tasty, and satisfying meal!“

“I hadn’t had Chinese food in a long time because my favorite restaurant changed hands, and the food just wasn’t the same. It completely turned me off Chinese food for quite a while.

“Another Vietnamese Restaurant we've visited.
Located on the side street.
It was quiet and the staff were so polite and friendly.
Inside was very spacious and clean.
Food was great and freshly made. Good portion.
I love their chili garlic oil.
One thing concerns me is the parking space, good thing we parked on the other fastfood chain near by and we just walk few blocks away going on this place.

Overall was a good experience if you're craving for good food that makes your belly full and satisfied.

Also, years ago (before uber eats and all that), I was actually missing a buck or two (mistake on my part, didn't count my money right like a first year university student that can't handle his liquor quite yet) and their delivery guy was nice enough to give me the food anyways. “The friends karaoke bar was realllly fun! The food was delicious, but quite pricy, so make sure to set a limit before you go. Overall I gave it a 4/5 stars, and this is because my large group of 10 people was promised 5 or 6 microphones, but we were told when we got there we could only have two. It was still enjoyable. “Everything is simply awesome. The menus are simple, with a lot if options. The service is very polite and friendly (and online ordering is a big plus), food is delivered very promptly (one time it was 15 minutes early!). The food portions are generous, but quality is not sacrificed for quantity. What's a cool plus is that they use a mix of Styrofoam and reusable plastic containers (not only better for storage but a little less wasteful). I have only eaten 3 times from here, but have been very happy all times. The fried rice, general tao chicken, chicken balls, and egg rolls (among like 5 others I've tried) have all tasted great. Definitely think I've found my new Chinese delivery / take out place!“
