This is an interesting East/West interpretation of the classic Poutine. The concept, and it's niche within the CF Rideau's food court is excellent, it's competing with the other offerings but it still stands on its own. I take two stars off because firstly, they use a raised bowl. First time trying Poulet Rouge (in a downtown Ottawa mall / food court) and it's a *great* concept! Reminds me of Raising Cane's but healthier (grilled chicken tenderloins, not fried) and with way more flavor (lots of different sauces to choose). Same great value for money and as fresh as it gets. Raising Cane's has higher throughput though. Line was long as this was the most popular place in the food court.
