Got the special for 2-3 people. Peking duck pretty good. I think the deep fried duck wings were meh - too oily and it's just bones. Veggies I liked very much. Braised fish was overcooked and tough. Lobster noodles ok too. A bit pricey for the mixed quality, but it's the only real Chinese food option in the area, especially when you have Chinese parents. I recommend ordering a la carte for whatever you feel like vs the special set.
My first dinner during a short stay in Ottawa was at Peking Duck, and it set the bar high. I will admit that after stepping through the front door on the ground floor, I almost turned back. The entrance is not particularly inviting. But the main dining room on the second floor was a pleasant surprise.
