“My family and I come to this place at least once a month for over a year. We love their dumplings and noodles and they can keep the standard of the food consistently. The servers are very friendly and attentive. The dining room is very clean. Keep up the good work.“

“hidden gem in a quiet area. For parking, use lots #26 and #28 right in front of the restaurant. They were able to accommodate my peanut and egg allergies. I ordered A3 ground pork with yellow peas, omitted the peanuts and swapped out the egg noodles for rice noodles. They asked for my preferred spice level and were able to make it not spicy. The soup is still red and I can’t handle spice, I was fine.
The braised pork hock over rice was very tender and had a deep flavour. It wasn’t greasy, best braised pork hock I’ve had in this city. Comes with tea egg.
The tofu dessert (sweet) was good. They have a small bathroom tucked away.
Staff is polite and helpful! Will return again!“

“Best Manchu Wok in the city. The staff are also friendly and the service is fast.
I like that you can get a bag of fortune cookies for $1.50.
I recommend their Honey Garlic Chicken, General Tso, and the Mixed Vegetables.“

“Tried the food here for the first time tonight, I called to see if they deliver to us , she explained we were out of the delivery zone but due to not being at a busy time when I called she said they would make an exception, boy o boy am I glad they did, food was amazing!!! “I've been ordering from Barrhaven Lucky Panda for quite a while, and they never disappoint. My go to order is the General Tao chicken (extra spicy), chicken fried rice, and the honey garlic spare ribs. Every meal has been consistently fresh, hot, and delicious.
What really keeps me coming back is the friendly service. The staff / owners are always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which makes picking up my order a pleasure every time.
I also appreciate the value. Ordering directly and picking up on my way home from work saves me money compared to using Uber Eats or DoorDash. The prices are much more reasonable buying in store.
If you're looking for consistently great Chinese food, friendly service, and excellent value, I highly recommend Barrhaven Lucky Panda on Cedarview Rd!“

“Ever since I've discovered this gem several years ago, it's been my go to place for Chinese take-out. We deliberately travel over 30 mins for the food. They are generous with the portion sizes and the taste is authentic and consistent.“

“Dropped by on a whim and sat in for food. We were the only people there, with everyone else popping in for takeout. Ordered the open ended egg rolls, general tao and beef and broccoli with rice. Everyone was friendly and they gave us our space, but checked in with us to make sure we were doing well. General Tao was mild with a slight crunch that was satisfying, and the beef and broccoli was saucy and the broccoli had a good crunch to it. The open ended egg rolls were absolutely delicious! My stomach is always hit or miss with Chinese food, so we’ll see how it fairs, but I was pleasantly surprised and will return to try out more dishes!“
