The only restaurant in Ottawa that I have eaten at no less than 30 times. We often order various dishes, such as fried noodles, spicy grilled fish, and crab fried rice, and Shanghai Dim Sum, etc.
Went with a party of 9 on Saturday night. Only the proprietor was working but was able to cook and serve at a reasonable pace. Quit impressive, really. The best dished were the flat noodles and rice cake ("Neen go"). Wasn't able to serve beer for some reason. No soup dumplings at suppertime,either so that was a little disappointing too.
