The staff are consistently rude and unhelpful, leaves much to be desired for a Tim Hortons experience. The person taking our order at the drive thru interrupted us every. single. time. when we were ordering. Very annoying and discourteous.
Ordered from this location on Uber. My total was $22 and I received absolutely nothing that I ordered. I asked for an large iced coffee (received a hot black xl) ordered a walnut crunch (received a dutchie) ordered a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin and received an extra dry biscuit. If you own this franchise, please close your doors if you can’t hire proper staff.
