“Food is delish and great value. Word of warning for those looking for late night eats, was told the store actually closes at 10:40ish (as in you must leave) so best to arrive before 9:30.
EDIT: In response to below, we were told that last call was 10:30PM. We got there at ~10:10 knowing what we were going to get. My statement still stands, best to avoid going too late.“

“After eating in Thailand this is the closest thing I could find. I haven't had a dish I didn't like. Their sticky rice is great. It's great that you can ask them to put some extra spiciness into the meal as well. Service is terrific and great place for a quiet meal.“

“The Chinese dishes were fresh, appealing to the eyes and flavouful. The ordering process was easy to use and the food was ready on time. This was our first visit to Chips & Dairy. We'll be back.“

“I can’t imagine ramen tasting any better. I’ve tried the chicken curry and pork broths - both were completely fantastic. Loads of flavour and perfect serving sizes. Excellent service and delicious dumplings too! A must for ramen fans looking to eat in downtown Ottawa.“

“Don't let the negative reviews fool you! I stumbled upon this place while exploring ByWard Market and was craving a quick bite. The Pork Chop Rice and Popcorn Chicken surpassed my expectations.
If you like your fried meat super crispy, well-seasoned, and not greasy, this is the perfect spot. I think the bad ratings are just from people whose tastes didn't align with authentic Taiwanese street food textures. Honestly, getting a delicious, satisfying meal in such a prime Ottawa location is a huge win for me. Highly recommend giving them a chance!“

“We ordered the Tom Yum and the Red Curry Brisket noodle soups. Both show 1 chili indicating spicy. There was a definite difference between the two. The brisket was significantly spicier. That being said, they were both great. Tasty, lots of protein, lots of noodles.“

“Had to try their noodles as they pull them fresh in house. Had A4 as it was recommended & it was a good choice. Had the pork belly & lamb skewers, both were good & didn't last long. Small dining area so reserve a spot or takeaway your food.“
