Relaxing atmosphere. Great mix of cuisines. You can find a mixture of ingredients of all the most popular world cuisines (French, Italian, Japanese, etc). They use various lesser-known but palatable ingredients. The waiters were really helpful when asking for dietary informations and the chef came out to greet us which was very nice:). Had a great experience at Aiana. Food was delicious and the service was great. The scallops were excellent! Also, for anyone with hearing impairments, this restaurant is nice and quiet. It also has gender neutral washrooms.Dietary restrictions: Allergy friendly
