There were several pieces of meat, beef and chicken that were quite fatty gristle. The beef and broccoli lacked a good ginger kick.“

“There used to be a pho place in Toronto that I loved until it closed down 7 years ago. Since then, I could not find a pho place that I liked... until today. You can really taste the care Mama Mai puts into its dishes. The pho broth is very clear, and flavorful, without being too salty. Their fish sauce is the perfect combination of sweet and sour, with pickled cabbage and carrots in side it for an extra special touch. Their coconut coffee is a delicious refreshing treat, with a perfect balance of creaminess to that signature strong viet coffee. Unlike some other Chinatown restaurants, Co Cham's space is always very clean, food quality is consistent and it's 100% family owned and ran. “Another Vietnamese Restaurant we've visited.
Located on the side street.
It was quiet and the staff were so polite and friendly.
Inside was very spacious and clean.
Food was great and freshly made. Good portion.
I love their chili garlic oil.
One thing concerns me is the parking space, good thing we parked on the other fastfood chain near by and we just walk few blocks away going on this place.

Overall was a good experience if you're craving for good food that makes your belly full and satisfied.
