I love this little pho spot in Ottawa. It’s great for a quick bite to eat, because the service is so fast. The rolls as an appetizer are very fresh. The small soup isn’t small at all. It’s large and very filling.
My wife and I had a delicious quick dinner in mid-December 2023 at the Phở Thi Noodle Soup Restaurant.While we had been there several years ago as well, I can say only positive things from our last visit. Went in on a quieter lunch period. Ordered three dishes and all of them were great. BBT was a little on the smaller end and for whatever reason, the X2 or 3(?) tasted better after reheating it up the next day.
