Great bang for your buck, fantastic quality, and easy delivery. Will absolutely order again. We ordered the clean & mean option and 10 meals / week cover dinners for me & my husband during the weekday, as we’re always on the go. I also have meal requirements and it was so easy to find something that fit me. Will absolutely order again!
The food is very tasty and the portions are perfect. There are many choices, and everything I tried so far tastes delicious! I don’t have time to cook and I struggle with eating balanced meals, and this place is exactly what I was looking for!

Our experience with Meal Prep Ottawa has been amazing! My gluten free college student is receiving a 5-meal plan order each week.
