After waiting months for the reopening, I finally picked up food on a Friday night, and it did not disappoint! Everything was amazing, the portions were generous, and you can really taste the care that goes into the food even for a pick-up order, which is rare for anywhere. You can also tell how passionate the owner is about what he does, and the effort that went into completely revamping the place really shows. Such a great spot — definitely worth the wait!
Friendly service and a good variety of dishes. Decent portions and authentic flavours. Hidden gem for value in today's expensive dine out scene.
I'm not sure what most of the recent reviews were talking about when they wrote their reviews. My partner and I travel all around the Ottawa region to new or underappreciated restaurants and leave honest Google reviews.
