“I popped in for a coffee, and everything went smoothly with the order. The staff were so friendly! I tried the OREO double stuf ice capp, and it was absolutely delicious! You can order inside, but there aren’t any tables or chairs for dining in. The drive-thru is also an option.“

“I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small coffee. When I got to the window, I scanned my points card and the employee, John, let me know that with my points the coffee was free. I was pleasantly surprised.

Then he went a step further and asked if I would like to upgrade to a medium instead. I was genuinely impressed that an employee would go out of his way to make the experience even better.

“Since the hurricane closed the Tim's on Medherst, this has become a very important location serving the largest Timmy-less area in Ottawa, from Fallowfield to Baseline, and basically all the way until Tim's at Metro plaza on Greenbank.But the service hasn't leveled up to the rising demand unfortunately. In my last three pre-orders I pre ordered a large coffee for a meeting (the take 12 ones), set a time to pickup, and each time I got there they would ask me to pull aside and wait for an additional ten minutes or so. They should call it take 12 minutes.My message to upper management:Adding machines that keep beeping when an order is late is a proven method in increasing employees' anxiety and customers annoyance. Nothing else. Please invest more in your employees so they feel intrinsically motivated to fill those cups faster.As to the branch manager, I know the feeling of being stuck between a rock and a hard place, but you picked this job, so please do your best to improve the service and don't hold yourself to the resources (or lack thereof) you are given.“

“I’ve been coming to this location for years, and the consistency here is honestly unmatched. I literally drive past other Tim Hortons locations just to come to this one because the service is always reliable, friendly, and fast. My order is always made correctly, and I genuinely can’t remember a time I left unsatisfied.

A big reason for that is the amazing staff. Arash and Harkirat are especially outstanding — they’re always kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. They make me feel welcomed and go out of their way to provide great service every single time. Employees like them are the reason this location stands out from the rest.
