“This Tim Hortons is wonderful! Fast friendly service, even at the busiest times. Siamala works every morning and is outstanding! She goes above and beyond at all times!! She always puts a little smiley face on my coffee lid so, every time I take a sip it warms my heart! Even though I do mobile orders, she knows me and greets me like an old friend when I walk in.
(My only little ask is that someone fixes the door so it opens properly. People keep walking into it because it doesnt open far enough. 🙂)

“This location on Greenbank Road is a lovely location! I don't stop here often, but this morning (09:50) it is a pleasant atmosphere here this morning. I will say that this location seems to value the true Tim Horton's Canadian experience, and they have almost all caucasian staff behind the counter, which is so nice to see! Bravo to this location this morning!“

“Since the hurricane closed the Tim's on Medherst, this has become a very important location serving the largest Timmy-less area in Ottawa, from Fallowfield to Baseline, and basically all the way until Tim's at Metro plaza on Greenbank.But the service hasn't leveled up to the rising demand unfortunately. In my last three pre-orders I pre ordered a large coffee for a meeting (the take 12 ones), set a time to pickup, and each time I got there they would ask me to pull aside and wait for an additional ten minutes or so. They should call it take 12 minutes.My message to upper management:Adding machines that keep beeping when an order is late is a proven method in increasing employees' anxiety and customers annoyance. Nothing else. Please invest more in your employees so they feel intrinsically motivated to fill those cups faster.As to the branch manager, I know the feeling of being stuck between a rock and a hard place, but you picked this job, so please do your best to improve the service and don't hold yourself to the resources (or lack thereof) you are given.“

“Line up of 6 plus cars is moving quite well ???? in the drive through, it's my 1st time here there's a huge hiring signorder process was a bit painful having to repeat myself for 3 did items but that could just be a noise problem in or outside. :)Hash browns are crunchy and not hot easy to eat right away.BLT was yummyOriginal lemonade is sweetNew red eye iced cap is delicious ????I asked for 10 pack ONLY chocolate Tim bits and they gave me mixed. :( I even repeated myself. Not a big deal but disappointing for my toddlersTook about 10 minutes from arrive to driving away with food .Over all good service ????“

“I think they may have been training some new staff in the drive thru because there seemed to be some miscommunication and confusion, and as a result, my order came out wrong. HOWEVER, when I physically went into the restaurant to get the correct order, the woman who helped me was so very pleasant and even offered me a free donut for the inconvenience. Despite my order initially being wrong, I’m just happy I had the opportunity to interact with her and honestly it almost made getting the wrong order worthwhile 😅 Keep hiring lovely staff like this lady!“
