“Wanted to update my review, last Thursday it was super busy but the wonderful staff stayed on top of it. I asked for a simple order than usual to not mess up the flow, right away someone knew my order was off. Now that I know how to spell someone’s name I was going to mention them but I see from the reviews that he has some already recently. So I won’t. But as a chef I want everyone to know just how amazing this team is. Also a reminder that everyone’s taste is a personal preference and food that isn’t made to your taste is not necessarily made wrong. In culinary we make food to balance, it is up to you if you want it sweeter, more toasted or customized. The teamwork and excellence hospitality always brings me back here every day. “We have frequently visited this location using the drive thru and have had great service. I ordered a few things today and the staff forgot to add turkey to my sandwich. I didn't realize that until I reached home. Gave them a quick call and she realized her mistake immediately and told me to come back for another sandwich. I went back and picked up the sandwich. She also offered me a muffin for the inconvenience and was so apologetic about it. Overall great way of handling the situation and owning up to it.

I don’t often get out to Tim’s because of my mobility challenges, so when I do get out, it can be a difficult and meaningful experience for me. “This Timmies is in the Ottawa Heart Institute and it's a busy place with many other options. There's a cafe too. The staff is fabulous, fast and helpful. There is lots of seating and it's pretty accessible too.Not much is gluten free but the cafe has a good breakfast menu.Only "needs improvement" the seating and overall section could be cleaned better.“

“I stop here every Sunday morning. The counter staff at the gas station always says hello and gives a friendly wave when I come in and when I leave. The staff at the Tim Hortons is always very pleasant. It can be super busy and take a while and it can be completely empty and be very quick just like any other Tim Hortons but they're always pleasant, smiling and the food always tastes like it should at Tim Hortons.“
