“I stop here every Sunday morning. The counter staff at the gas station always says hello and gives a friendly wave when I come in and when I leave. The staff at the Tim Hortons is always very pleasant. It can be super busy and take a while and it can be completely empty and be very quick just like any other Tim Hortons but they're always pleasant, smiling and the food always tastes like it should at Tim Hortons.“

The chicken bacon ranch wrap I ordered was fresh and as good as Tim Hortons food gets. I did end up waiting for a minute at the pick up window. Overall a good experience.“

“This Timmies is in the Ottawa Heart Institute and it's a busy place with many other options. There's a cafe too. The staff is fabulous, fast and helpful. There is lots of seating and it's pretty accessible too.Not much is gluten free but the cafe has a good breakfast menu.Only "needs improvement" the seating and overall section could be cleaned better.“

“Classic Canadian coffee shop named after a hockey player. The service is usually quick and accurate, but they do get extremely busy at certain times. Their iced cappuccino made with chocolate milk is a tasty summer treat. I enjoy caramel lattes on colder days. I love the chilli, but wish they would bring back the bread bowls! Their new food menu is great with a wide range of options. I enjoy all their sandwiches, but the new Thanksgiving Turkey stack with stuffing and cranberry sauce is really yummy. They've recently added the option of including protein in your coffee and other drinks, which is a nice touch.“

“Great service by a evening person , I came at a morning for a regular coffee which was large double and the girl was fighting to every other employee in such a large pitch in her language and now the evening person flip the game , she was so gentle and sweet , I asked her name but I forgot and she just made my day !! Marcia especially is the one who handles my order and she's an absolute sweetheart, she's always in a good mood, always smiling and always wishes me a great day.
