“Bought a new iced coffee with espresso foam which was amazing to taste and cool down in the heat we're all getting today. Also bought some loaded bowl. I would love to try this again and recommend this to anyone that loves iced coffees.“

“I work as mall security and come here every day! All of the staff are super friendly, always ready to help you, even to a point where they remember regulars' coffee orders (including mine), which I find really sweet! They're always super fast to serve you, whether it's food or beverages, and they always make it perfectly. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond for customer service! I remember having ordered coffee before and had to respond to a call for security, which forced me to leave my coffee there. I was gone for a solid 20 minutes and when I came back, the staff had kept my drink in the fridge so it wouldn't melt, and gave it to me then. It really made my day! :) I'm glad I have my little Timmies gang to get me through the shift everyday! 😃 Thanks guys ❤“

“I had to give this review because everytime i go which is almost everyday through the drive thru there's is one guy called hossam always smiling and welcoming me with a cheerful attitude
the only other person who did that was called mufsa or mostafa and an indian girl it was morning time i cant remember her name.
I just want to say even tho its fast food and people are on rush but you have to atleast greet the customer with a smile and say smthing positive“

“This is my morning go to Tim Hortons! I beyond recommend stopping here, the line up is never long compared to anywhere else I go! They always are on top of it and extremely fast! They deserve more than 5 stars!! They have an EXCEPTIONAL 2 person morning crew, who works together amazingly! They are fast and efficient provided the space they have to work in! They always are very friendly, and so professional, no matter which day I see them!

“This Timmies is in the Ottawa Heart Institute and it's a busy place with many other options. There's a cafe too. The staff is fabulous, fast and helpful. There is lots of seating and it's pretty accessible too.Not much is gluten free but the cafe has a good breakfast menu.Only "needs improvement" the seating and overall section could be cleaned better.“

“Passed by here while having to be in Ottawa for work and despite other reviews the multiple employees were working (not socializing) very hard and they were incredibly friendly.

It’s not the cleanest Tim’s I’ve been but not incredibly dirty either. The bathroom was very clean, just all the tables inside were dirty.“
