The staff are very rude and classist. They are selective about who is “allowed” to use their bathroom and discriminate HEAVILY against lower class people. The manager and other staff, threaten to call police/ambulance if people rest their heads on the table and does actually make this call often, waisting both her time and the time of police/paramedics all just to humiliate people who are already struggling. Great service, fresh food and coffee available to you all the time. Even during busy times customer satisfaction is what you expect here at peak. My go to place to get coffee all the time.Vegetarian options: Usual Tim Hortons menu for veg options, nothing special.Parking: Core downtown area so parking is hard to locate. Additionally, close to Lyon station so busy place majority of the time.
