Tim Hortons in Winchester

“I only go to location A on weekends. I go where the service is the best. During the week it’s at the gas station and weekends it’s at the store location B. Phil is back at Tim Hortons, he worked there previously and recently came back. Since he’s been back I know my coffee will be made right no matter which location I go too. Making a coffee is not rocket science yet it seems like it is at either location with certain employees. When I order from Phil, he greets me with a smile, makes my stop feel inviting. Thanks Phil, for making my coffee right the first time everytime.

Today I went in and there was a new young gentleman working at location A. Romy, he greeted me with a smile as they should (a lot of staff want you in and out as fast as they can and no smile they just look miserable) Romy was great, very polite and took a minute to ask how my day was, seemed to genuinely care to give good service. With Candice’s help and guidance my order was my properly and efficiently. I left feeling like I didn’t dampen a door step which most people make as feel when they take out order.“

“Tim Hortons is pretty much implemented in mine and my husband's daily routines. staff is great most items are a daily affordable option and the are usually always in tiptop shape! The crew members at these places really do work hard and honestly only break they get is the designated one for their shift. Be nice to them and leave a tip, doesn't have to be alot, even if it's just 5 cents , they deserve it, they also deserve more than minimum wage“
