The server was very rude which doesn't usually happen here , perhaps she was having a bad day or something but it showed unfortunately.Very often don't have the specific items you ask for. I was served by someone named Kea; they know their stuff and my order came back perfect in the drive through. Would come by again. “This Tim Hortons is conveniently located on the corner of Pitt and Tollgate. It has the same offerings as most Timmie's across the country. We ordered a couple drinks and a couple dream donut. They accidentally gave us someone else's drink. But they quickly corrected it. The drinks were hot and fresh, as were the donuts. We recommend this Tim Horton's location.“

“Passed by at 11:59pm so it wasn't too busy at the time. The lady with glasses who served me was AWESOME! Friendly, professional and I've been buying Tim gift cards to load onto my Tim phone app and this was the first time someone told me they can directly scan my phone to load the money directly on!!! I've always had to go through the hassel of buying gift cards and punching in the numbers hoping the third party store didn't make an error (Actually, I got my last one at Dollarama 1+ week ago and the cashier didn't know what went wrong. She told me to email Dollarama customer service and I still have yet to hear back from them~ugh). Anyways, back to the point: this Timmy's is now a must stop for me when on the 401 (not to mention cheap gas close by!).“

According to me, the tall asian boy at drive on monday to wednesday is the best guy there. I like to go there when he has shift at drive through. He has shift on monday to wednesday in the morning. ??“
“Nice experience at the location. The good was fresh and has the same taste expected from locations of the chain. We came about 40 minutes before closing so there was no sandwiches available. The location was clean, well lit and the staff was welcoming. The person who provided the service was approachable and smiling.This location is recommended.“
