“Food was quick and hot, and the lady behind the counter was really friendly and had good customer service. She had bird tattoos on her neck, but I didn't catch her name. Either way, thank you for the good service! I'll definitely be back there soon.“

“I love Marleau Tim’s. Iced coffee’s good. My wrap was awesome. The staff are always so friendly and kind. I was served by someone named Kea; they know their stuff and my order came back perfect in the drive through. Would come by again. The abuse people put the staff through is sad though…these folks do their best day in and out, peak hours or not.

Parking: Tons of parking on east side of building. Nice long drive through space“

“Stopped in for a quick coffee run with the kids after soccer practice and it was smooth, no waiting around while two impatient little ones tug at your sleeve. The staff at the counter remembered our usual order and even threw in extra timbits for the kids without us asking. Parking right out front made the whole in and out trip painless with car seats and all. It is nothing fancy, just a clean, friendly cafe that gets a family in and out fast, which is exactly what we needed.“

“I don’t know where they get double-double when you ask for two cream? Last week I brought my coffee back telling neck tattoo that I can’t have sugar, tattoo told me “to each his own “, not the answer I expected to hear. People can be trained and flushed, other than that never really had a problem there. Oh well to each their own.“

“Overall a wonderful experience.
The cashier was “ in training “ but she was amazing at her job. Her customer service was on point.
Then she made my coffee and the direct handoff with a smile was great!
Then when my food arrived the gentleman also did a direct handoff rather than placing the food on the counter he handed it to me with a smile“

“Good Job to all of you that work here, you smiled at each other and at your customers, this goes a long long way in the customer service world, Unfortunately we are seeing less and less actions that genuinely look and feel like the people that are serving us care, wether you serve at restaurants, or gas stations, or shipping docks for that matter, or you are a driver like I am, smile first, most of the time it has a positive effect. It’s for everyone but If this post pisses you off then it’s especially for you😃
