“Today around 9 pm on a Saturday ., I stopped by Tim Hortons and saw two young girls working there. They were having fun and being cheerful while working. A customer didn’t like the way they were acting and decided to film them, while repeatedly saying, “I’m going to post you guys on Facebook.”
The girls handled the situation really well and stayed respectful. The customer even asked for their names, but both girls politely refused to give them. One of the girls confidently told her, “You can come tomorrow at 5 a.m. and talk to the manager. I’m not scared of anything.”
Honestly, I was really impressed by how these girls handled the situation. They stayed calm, respectful, and professional even though the customer was putting pressure on them. People should really appreciate and be proud of these girls. They were doing their best, and they handled an uncomfortable situation with a lot of confidence and maturity.“

“I ordered a medium coffee in the drive thru while on route to a local park.
Not only was the coffee luke-warm, but there was perhaps an inch or more of coffee missing from the top!
I understand not filling it to the top, but this was laughable.
Thankfully, when I went back after my outting to point out that I was unsatisfied with their service; they gave me another cup for free. This time it was both hot and full. :)
