“I'm so sad that this is the Tim Hortons closest to my house because the service is absolutely horrible. Every time I go there the bathrooms are dirty, the garbage is piled up and all the tables are dirty. The employees all have a bad attitude and no manners“

“I usually place mobile order 20-30 mins before arriving the shop. But they prepare nothing every time when I arrive the shop in the recent months. It noticed that there was a changed in the shop manager. Your staff told me that she has be instructed not to prepare any mobile order until the customer arrive because the store is too busy. “I always have such a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The whole team is friendly, welcoming, and always treats customers with a smile. You can really feel that they care about providing good service and making people feel comfortable.
I especially want to mention Alexa. She is incredibly kind, warm, polite, and always has such a positive attitude. She makes every visit more pleasant and is the kind of person who can brighten your day just by the way she treats customers. She is patient, respectful, attentive, and genuinely friendly.
The rest of the staff are also wonderful. Everyone is nice, approachable, and professional, and the atmosphere is always welcoming.
A big thank you to Alexa and the whole team for the consistently great service. This is definitely one of my favourite Tim Hortons locations.“

“I went on my morning run, as usual, and decided to pass by this Tim Hortons to get my coffee for the first time. The girl taking my order, her name was Afnane if i recall, had amazing service and her smile really lit up my day. She made my coffee with so much love and care I could literally taste it. 10/10 !!!!“
“I ordered 2 coffees and a Tim matin breakfast. It was all ready very quickly! Within 3 mins (I've waited longer for the same meal at other locations) the staff was all kind and polite! The coffee is fresh and the food was cooked well and not cold. 5 stars! I also love the new renovations! The restaurant is more spacious and bright and the display case is just wow! 😍“
