The restaurant itself is spotless, the seating area is comfortable, and everything feels professionally managed. You can tell they take pride in their business.

The food quality is outstanding. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked. The portions are generous and the presentation is clean and appealing. The meat was tender and flavorful, the rice was cooked just right, and the sauces complemented the dishes perfectly without overpowering them. You can taste the quality and consistency in every bite. This is not average halal food. This is top tier.

What truly made the experience exceptional was Sondos at the cashier. She is amazing. Extremely friendly, professional, patient, and welcoming. She greets customers with a genuine smile and makes you feel valued, not rushed. Her positive energy sets the tone for the entire restaurant. Customer service like that is rare. She answered questions clearly, helped with recommendations, and handled everything smoothly and efficiently.

Great food is important, but great service makes people come back. Sondos represents the restaurant very well.

“We recently ordered from Pizza Hut Côte-Vertu for our workplace pizza party, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Although our team has been ordering pizza from another chain for over 50 years, this was our first time trying Pizza Hut in Saint-Laurent—and it exceeded all expectations. The taste and quality of both the vegetarian and chicken pizzas were outstanding. The crust was fresh, light, and perfectly baked. We normally order 22 large pizzas for about 45 people, but this time we ordered 26—and the pizzas were so delicious that everyone was asking for more. The freshness and flavor truly stood out. The service was equally impressive. Delivery was free of charge, and everything was provided, including napkins and condiments. A special thank-you to Saeeda, who we believe holds a senior position at the Côte-Vertu branch. She personally delivered the order, maintained excellent communication, and followed up to ensure the quality met our expectations. Her kindness, professionalism, and customer care made a real difference. We highly recommend Pizza Hut – Côte-Vertu for both product quality and exceptional service. “The popping bubbles are so tasty and good and they’re easy to pop. Even the drinks are delicious. My favorite is the tiramisu one with peach popping bubble. So refreshing, tasty and delicious. And the seats are comfortable and colourful. And the staff are really nice, patient and sweet. First time I went there with my mom they explained me the history or the drink and gave me recommendations based on my taste. All that with patience. Love this place ❤️ 5⭐️”

I was blown away by the quality and quantity of options available. The price-to-food ratio is excellent, making it an incredible value for the price. It's fantastic to have an Asian buffet option in Saint-Laurent, and Oui Oui definitely fills that gap. I was also impressed that they accept credit and debit cards, making it convenient for customers. The option to call ahead and reserve a table is also a great feature. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider hiring more servers and cashiers. At times, the staff seemed overwhelmed, which led to slight delays in service. However, this is a minor complaint in an otherwise exceptional dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend Oui Oui buffet to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal.
