I usually place mobile order 20-30 mins before arriving the shop. But they prepare nothing every time when I arrive the shop in the recent months. It noticed that there was a changed in the shop manager. Your staff told me that she has be instructed not to prepare any mobile order until the customer arrive because the store is too busy. What is the meaning of mobile order then ? Please have the previous male manager back to the shopw
